On a rainy November day, I lugged my family out to Kruckeberg Botanic Garden in Shoreline. Despite dreary weather and out of season plants, it was a fun shoot. This shot of my daughter ended up being my favorite of all of them. It was completely unplanned; we just saw these giant leaves and she picked one up and here we are.
